When making a reservation on this website, you and the other guests have read, accepted and agreed to the terms and conditions stated below.

Customer liability

The customer should respect the property, the furniture and the appliances, and should leave it in the same condition in which it was found upon arrival.

The client is obliged to obey the rules of the building or complex in which they are staying, as well as standard laws regarding noise, rubbish disposal, water consumption, etc.

You are not permitted to accommodate more people in the property than the number of guests which is stated in the booking.

The client must contact the person in charge of the keys at least 3 days before the check-in date to inform them of expected arrival time.

The client should review the particular conditions of the property that they are booking, including the cancellation policy, check-in and check-out times, included services, etc. By making the reservation the client accepts the particular conditions of that specific accommodation.

Pets are only permitted if explicitly stated in the accommodation description.

The client must communicate any breach of the contract within 24 hours of entering the property or from the time of the incident, both to Muchosol and to the owner or manager of the property, in writing with evidence and photos if necessary. If the client fails to communicate it within the time period and in the way mentioned above, the claim will be invalid and will not be accepted.

If at the time of the key handover, there is still an outstanding payment to be made or a deposit to pay, the client should expect to do this using the means of payment specified.

The client must inform the property owner, manager or person responsible for the keys at least 3 days before the check-in date of your expected arrival time. Check-in at a different time to that stated in the property description may incur an additional cost.

 

Modification of the booking

Changes to the booking are always subject to availability and to the maximum capacity of that specific property. In cases where the change involves a higher price, you must pay the difference.

If the new accommodation is cheaper than the original reservation, the reimbursement will be handled like a cancellation. To modify your booking you should send an email to booking@muchosol.co.uk, with a copy of the confirmation email as an attachment.

 

Booking cancellation or no-show customers

In the event of a booking cancellation on the client’s part, Muchosol charges a €25 cancellation fee. The accommodation provider may also request that you pay a cancellation fee to them. This penalty is stated both in the property description and in the booking confirmation email.

Normally the shorter the notice that you give, the higher the cancellation fee, and it could even be 100% of the total rental price. To cancel your booking, you must send an email to reservas@muchosol.es


Refund Policy

Muchosol will refund the booking prepayment in the following cases (provided that the client has fulfilled the responsibilities stated in Customer liability):

a- If the accommodation cannot be occupied due to overbooking and neither Muchosol nor the owner of the property can offer alternative accommodation which the client is willing to accept.

b- If the accommodation does not correspond with the description on the website and the client notifies Muchosol within 24 hours of arriving, and neither Muchosol nor the manager of the property can find suitable alternative accommodation.

c- If, due to an emergency, the accommodation is not fit to be lived in and the client notifies Muchosol within 24 hours of the incident happening and no suitable alternative accommodation could be found.

 

Muchosol Liability

Muchosol acts as a quality and reliable intermediary in the contracting of the services offered on our website.

Therefore when making a reservation with Muchosol, you establish a contractual relationship directly with the owner or manager of the accommodation. The owner or manager that delivers the service is responsible for the products and/or contracted services, and for resolving any incident should one occur.

The information displayed on the website is based on the information provided by the agencies. Although we try to make sure that our service is the most precise possible, we cannot verify nor guarantee that all the information is exact, complete or correct.

With regards to the apartments, the photos refer to a standard apartment of that type, and so the furniture, the size and shape of the rooms, as well as the views and the terraces, may vary slightly depending on the specific apartment which you are allocated upon arrival.
