Just 5 minutes walking distance from the beach of The Duque de Costa Adeje,  lies this luxury villa with heated pool, jacuzzi and air conditioning, for up to 10 people. It has several terraces, one with chairs and tables for dining out, and another with the pool and sunbathing area.

The villa has 3 floors and an lift. In the first one, is the American kitchen and the living room with access to the pool, a bedroom with double bed and  bathroom en-suite, another bedroom and another bathroom. If you go higher up, you will see more bedrooms.  One of them a children´s rooms with beds and a baby´s cot. In addition, on the same floor you will find another terrace with a chill-out corner and jacuzzi. On the lower floor, is where the huge game room with pool and ping-pong , laundry, another bedroom with lounge and two-parking spaces is located.

Rest assured that your children will be completly safe, thanks to the protection of the stairs and the removable fence of the pool.

This fantastic villa is perfect to break away since it is located in a very quiet residential area. In addition, it has stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Teide. It has several terraces and a swimming pool surrounded by a garden with tropical plants and fruit trees, such as avocados, mangos, papayas…please, do not hesitate to take whatever you want for a snack! There is an area with barbacue as well.

As per the interior, the house has a bright living room with fireplace and a smart-TV and a separate fully equipped kitchen with access to another dining room that overlooks the back garden. In addition, the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms are also here. You will have the option of adding additional children´s bed, baby-cot and a high chair as well.

This is one of our best houses with a pool in Tenerife and is also in a very quiet residential area.

Stands out the living room, with the dining area and fireplace, and overlooks the garden and the sea. The main bedroom has a bathroom, dressing room and a corner with a sofa bed, which could be handy if you travel with small child. In the house there are more bedrooms with access to the garden, as well as a kitchen wih access to it. Besides, there is a laundry room ( with a dryer!). On the top floor, a studio that is almost a separate apartment.

With large windows facing the sea

This apartment with pool is in the municipality of Candelaria and by the seafront. You will love its terrace, with spectacular views and a barbacue. Although, the views are not only enjoyed on the terrace, likewise the living room and the kitchen are both  glazed. Air conditioning, wifi, fully equipped kitchen…the comforts are endless.

The pool is shared and has access to a little cove, an idela bath spot.
